FORMATION: We initially assist clients with business formation (LLC, Partnership, Corporation, etc.), especially small businesses and family-operated businesses. 

BUSINESS MAINTENANCE: We continue to help clients draft, interpret, and/or review formation documents.

ESTATE PLANNING & PROBATE SERVICES

ESTATE PLANNING: We will implement your plan for the future with the right combination of Estate Planning documents, which may include a Last Will and Testament, Trust, Community Property Agreement (married couples), Durable Powers of Attorney (Financial and Health Care), and Health Care Directive ("Living Will").

​PROBATE: If a loved one passes away, we address Probate, Trust or Estate Administration.
