Estimated Fees & Initial Consultation Fee
Generally, our firm charges for estate planning, probate, and business services on a fixed-fee basis. We charge an hourly fee for some legal services. We charge $200 for an initial consultation. After the initial meeting, if we are able to represent you, we will set the fee for our services, provide a written fee agreement, apply the consultation fee toward the flat fee, and arrange a mutually convenient schedule to complete your documents or provide an approximate timeline for the completion of your legal issues. If we are unable to represent you following the initial consultation, there will be a $200.00 non-refundable fee for the initial consultation.
How To Get Started
